Packing Information

PE Film:

PE film is mainly produced by the extrusion of different grades of polyethylene resin, exhibiting puncture resistance and high tensile strength. It is used for wrapping and packaging goods stacked on pallets, providing more secure and tidy packaging. It also offers excellent waterproofing properties and is widely utilized.

Made from high-quality LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) as the base material, PE film incorporates special additives. It undergoes a process involving heating, extrusion, casting, and cooling, resulting in strong toughness, puncture resistance, high tensile strength, cold and heat resistance, pressure resistance, dust-proofing, and waterproofing capabilities.

It can be applied in various equipment such as stretch wrapping machines, sealing machines, shrink machines, vertical packaging machines, horizontal packaging machines, wrapping film machines, and more.

POF Shrink Film:

POF shrink film is an eco-friendly, multi-layer coextruded film that can directly contact food. It is developed using coextrusion blown film technology and electronic impact equipment, forming a cross-linked POLYOLEFIN LX multi-layer ultra-thin shrink film. The molecular structure with cross-linking provides exceptional toughness and strength, ensuring good sealing and shrinkage properties.

High tensile strength, strong toughness, excellent insulation, waterproofing, and dirt resistance effectively protect products. It boasts high transparency, glossiness, tight sealing without carbon residues after shrinking, no sharp edges to prevent hand injury, enhancing the packaging's quality and aesthetics.

With high shrinkage rates, it suits various materials and irregularly sized items. It meets the requirements for food-grade, eco-friendly, and non-toxic materials, being a globally accepted environmentally friendly material.

It is resistant to low temperatures without becoming brittle, suitable for food shrink packaging. Printable capabilities enhance aesthetics and product benefits. It can be used with equipment such as manual/foot-operated sealing machines, L-bar sealers, and horizontal packaging machines in automated packaging setups.
